FAQs

Are there Age & Weight Requirements? Do I need to be in shape?

Zip Tour participants must be age 10 or older, Treetop Adventure Park participants must be age 6 or older and meet all physical and health requirements.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany kids under age 16. A teenager age 16 or older may participate as long as his/her parent or legal guardian has reviewed, completed and signed the waiver form on the teenager’s behalf.
You must weigh at least 70 lbs (Zip Only) and not more than 250 lbs (All activities), because your body shape and size must safely fit in POSTOAK Canopy Tours’ harness and helmet.
You should be able to walk about 10 minutes, have the strength to climb a 14-foot ladder and be able to lift your legs as you arrive at each landing deck. All participants must have the mental capacity to follow directions and safety rules.
The tour is not available to those who are pregnant. It also is not recommended for people who have heart conditions, seizure disorders, asthma, balance issues or serious disabilities. If you have back, neck or shoulder problems, take into consideration that you will be connected to the cable by a harness. If you have health concerns, please discuss them with our staff prior to booking a tour.

How long does it take?

Canopy Tour Zip Line: About 3 hours total. The zip itself takes 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the weather and the number of people on your tour.

Treetop Adventure Park: One to two hours including gearing up.
